I knew 9th grade would be different, but I didnt realize that if everything could go awry, it would. First, I was starting high school so awriness is a given. Then I received news of Mr. Greane, the new principal of Landine High. Our last principal, Mrs. Jeddell, was 4 11, but she had the attitude of somebodys who 6 11. Mr. Greane looked like he was in his 40s but was actually the ripe old age of 32. He had greasy black hair that he slicked back with way too much styling gel. He wore a suit jacket every

Walking Up to the School
Walking up to the schools doors was like walking up to the beheading tower. You could almost hear the drums singing their death song to the audience. In this case, the audience was the crowd of kids flocking to figure out where their classes are and how to get their locker open without pulling muscles. When I walked through the hallway, I had to repress a shudder as and an urge to bow my head as my classmates hissed and formed the sign of crosses with their two forefingers.
I was not liked at school, in fact anyone who elected to reach out me ended up with a black eye and a fear for anything that smelled of chenelle or tag. The loc

Lonely star shining in the night

But I know you wont grant my wish tonight
Youre not to blame, we are the same

All we wanted was to look at the sky. It was pretty, you know? I'd heard there would be a star shower tonight, and I wanted him to see it. He didn't know about it, of course. It was supposed to be a surprise. I guess he did get a surprise, in the end
She was the first person I'd ever held hands with. I didn't know that anyone could feel as happy as I was in that moment, walking next to the most beautiful person I'd ever met. The last thing I remember is the way her hair was different shades of red depending on the light. After that, everything just turned into crimson

I watched my conscience die
There are things you mustn't do, I've always been told. Things that will hurt not only you, but others as well. So no matter how much I wanted, I chose to not, because I mustn't.
The want did not go away.
The want got stronger every day.
The want began to slowly turn my "mustn't"s into "shouldn't"s,
then my "shouldn't"s into "couldn't"s,
then my "couldn't"s into "could"s,
then my "could"s into "should"s,
then, at long last, my "should"s into "must"s.
Knowing that what I do will hurt, maybe not now, but later and forever, no longer mattered.
I turned my "must" into a "did"
And with that last gasp, I watched my conscience die.
I sleep on the ground,
Because it keeps me warm as the leaves wrap around me,
And the coarse dirt comforts me.
Some say that I'm a lunatic,
But really,
I just enjoy laying under the stars at night,
And counting the nonexistent planets.
That's not wrong, is it?
I sleep in the trees,
Because the birds sing lullabies to me and the squirrels keep me company
While I stretch my human limbs on the tree limbs and listen to the hoot owls screech.
Some say that I'm a nature freak,
But really,
I just want something to listen to my worries and heartaches,
While I fall asleep peacefully inhaling fresh air.
That's not wrong, is it?
I sleep

Today started out crappy, got really good, then crappy again.
Woke up, had to clean...urgh. Well, i procrastinated just a bit too much, seeing as my mother threatened to not get me a formal dress for next friday. So I did everything. Then we went to sufu, and I got my dress (yay!) but I couldn't go bowling with friends later on that night. :(. So life is good, but normal as usual. But normal is comforting.
Dangnabbit! I fail! I didn't post yesterday. I have already blew my goal! (but luckily not my rule) So I am still okay for my resolution! haha
Today was pretty awesome. We got out of school early because of snow. Otherwise nothing much is happening. I just joined the group WritersDigest and I'm getting awesome advice from everyone. I really appreciate it all and am editing more than i have in like the past year! Ha! So I'm looking forward to everything.
See you

Hello (again)
I couldn't wait to start, and seeing how today was such an inspiring day, I'm starting today.
Today should've been depressing, but it wasn't really. The first day back from christmas vacation, has in the past, been a day of misery. This year it was actually a god-send. Seeing as I live out in the middle of nowhere, it was a refreshing change to come back from break and see all of my friends, teachers, and especially my boyfriend. We had been able to spend nye together, but that was it; and I missed him terribly. Tiera was back from Ecuador and Neila, well I just didn't get a chance to see her during vacation, so I was jus
